The primary inspiration for our name comes from Philyra, the daughter of the Ocean in mythology and the guardian of writing and paper (linden fibers). These mythological roots represent the "creative" essence of our agency. The second inspiration for our name is rooted in Phalera—the gold and bronze medals of triumph worn on the chests of Roman soldiers. This reflects the craftsmanship of the "Blacksmith" (Demirci) and the power of fire, echoing the heritage of our founder, Buse Selin Demirci.
